The Residences

The residences are comprised of 120 garden style units located in five buildings, 97 townhouses in four different styles, a single detached dwelling unit, an office/community building with a one car garage.

The homeowners own their living units and undivided interest in the common elements of the community, which consist of everything else besides the living units.
